We started Solivo because we saw how the big agencies work: a different face at your door every visit, keys passed around to people you've never met. That's no way to look after someone's home.

When you choose us, you get the same two people every single time. We hold your key, we check your home, and we are the only ones who ever step inside. If a plumber or an electrician needs access, we are there in person — the whole time. Your home is never handed to a stranger.

Hotel-standard turnover clean

Every room reset to a fixed checklist — with the bathroom and kitchen given the attention guests judge you on.

Fresh hotel-grade linen & towels

Crisp, laundered linen swapped every stay. We keep several sets per bed, so back-to-back bookings are never a problem.

Restocked essentials

Toilet paper, coffee, soap and the welcome basics topped up — itemised and transparent, never marked up.

Time-stamped photo report

After every changeover you get dated photos of your guest-ready home — your proof it was perfect, and your record if a guest causes damage.

Damage & inventory check

We inspect after every guest and flag anything straight away — so you can claim on a deposit before the next booking arrives.

Guest access, handled

Personal meet & greet or secure self check-in — your choice. Keys are stored under a reference number, never tagged with your address.

Simple and transparent, by the size of your home. Everything below is included — no per-item games.

Prices exclude IVA, per changeover. The founding rate is locked for the first rental homes we take on. Larger homes and extras (mid-stay refresh, deep clean, guest meet & greet) quoted on a quick call.
